I have a question regarding golf performance and/or conditioning.
What are the best exercises/stretches to improve my golf swing and lower some strokes from my game?
What is the best breakfast in the morning to have before going to have a round?
What are good stretches to do before playing a round of golf to help “loosen” up?
and is using vaseline on your clubface to help decrease ball spin off the tee illegal, in like a D-10 highschool tournament?

Eat a bacon sandwich(15 slices of bacon and 2 slices of toast)
Place your club across your shoulders and stretch, then swing your shoulders across the plane created which should be similar to your swing plane.
I don’t know the rule about using vaseline but I play 4-AAA high school golf and they would not notice if you had your clubs pre-vaselined, but if you try to do that before a shot they may question the rules about it.
Personally, I do a lot of leg and torso exercises such as squats, and crunches. I also do forearms excersises and overall arm workouts. It is important to stretch your back alot.

vaseline is illegal. no foreign substances on the club are allowed. but if your gambling, use it, you can gain a ton of distance.
