www.performbettergolf.com This simple golf wrist exercise for more power and distance is done with my Power Golf Swing weight attached to the end near the clubhead. Making sure to rotate both sides for 15 reps with both arms will quickly improve your wrist strength and flexibility for longer drives. Many of the long drivers spend a lot of time strengthening their forearms and wrists to plow through the ball at impact. Strong wrists are definitely a huge advantage for power golf. Stuart Appleby came to BannLynch Golf ( www.bannlynchgolf.com ) here in Melbourne, Australia on 25th September ‘09 to work on his game with his longtime coach Steve Bann before heading off to the US to play the Fall Series on the PGA Tour. In this video, you get to see the work a professional golfer puts into his game before he appears on your TV screen in a PGA Tour event. In this particular session, Stuart was working on his leg action, making a full turn with his upper body and keeping his left shoulder in a slightly lower position turning through the ball. BannLynch Golf is based at the Melbourne Golf Academy in Heatherton, Victoria. For bookings, call (+61) (03) 9558 3688

I am going to be entering my first ever golf tournament (fourball specifically), and just wanted to advice on how i can be more accurate, more relaxed, and possibly much much longer off the tee!!?? Thanks. (P.S: I have a tendency to have inconsitencies in my swing with the position of my left thumb moving from 1 o clock which is neutral, to 12 o clock, and therefore, i have to close the clubface to get consistency, which is pathetic!!!)
Thanks for your answers, but what about my left thumb position, and open clubface problem. I really need some consistency..
